In the sumptuous countryside of the Brionnais, the extreme South of Burgundy known for its rich pastures and its Charolais cattle, this property stands alone in its three acres of land, with a small private road leading to it. The area gained greatly in prosperity in the mid 18th century, and this can be sensed from the ample architecture of both houses. The main one, two-storeyed and with hipped roof, has spacious rooms and plenty of original features : a salon, living-dining room, kitchen pantry, bathroom Wc and storage room. Upstairs are three bedrooms, bathroom and Wc, while the attic above has been made into a games room and bedroom (another bathroom could no doubt be made here if desired).
