The electrical installation, plumbing, new septic tank, new PVC windows with double glazing, wooden front door, bathroom, kitchen, attic insulation, all these works were carried out in 2012 2013. It is therefore immediately habitable.The interior size of the house is 40m2. There is a large living space (27m2) with a kitchenette, fireplace, built-in cupboard, beamed ceiling, concrete floor with floor covering, electric heating.
