In the heart of a village in the Cathar country, a building of character and its landscaped garden of 700 m. The property, which dates from the 17th century. On the other side, to the west, a landscaped garden of 700 m reveals a remarkable view of the surroundings.The house has retained all its original features, including its floors which, on the ground floor, are available in cement tiles of various colours and shapes, different in all rooms, bringing fantasy and elegance to a house with very elaborate ornamentation. On the upper floors, the floors are covered with the original square terracotta tiles. Finally, forming useful outbuildings, a workshop and a garage are attached to the building. A small one-storey house, to be completely renovated, is located higher up in the garden.
