It is the old school in the village which has been completely refurbished and now offers 330m2 of living space. This is also where the courtyard of the 'playground' was located, now transformed into a spacious kitchen with counter and dining room with wood stove. 
 A storeroom, a carriage and a storage room are located on the ground floor, as well as an additional bedroom with its adjoining shower room. An underground cistern collects rainwater from the roofs for watering the gardens.
 In terms of parking, there is space to park 5 to 6 cars and one more under the carport at the back.
