At the end of a small country lane and in the middle of its mature garden, superb stone house restored with great taste located between the tourist villages of Najac (Sncf station), Parisot and Saint Antonin Noble Val. 
We enter the beautiful sunny living room with beautiful volumes, travertine stone flooring, underfloor heating, reversible air conditioning, double glazed doors and the fitted kitchen with granite worktops. From this room there is access to the scullery and, further on, the garage. Going up a few steps we find ourselves in the old part of the property a living / dining room with wood burner and the old stone sink and the old front door which leads to the covered terrace from where we enjoy the views of the garden and the birds singing. On the same floor, a bedroom with reversible air conditioning and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, there is another bedroom with its en-suite shower room.
Independent from the main house, there is a small guest house, sleeps 4 (two bedrooms) with shower room. Outside there is a garden shed and adjoining the house a huge garage/workshop. The garden is fenced and the property is accessed via a large wooden gate. There is a cistern, several mature trees, an orchard and vegetable garden as well as a wooden deck.

The village of Parisot with its swimming lake is just a few minutes away and hiking trails pass in front of the property. The bastide town of Villefranche de Rouergue is 20 minutes away and Toulouse airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away.
