Beautiful village house with lots of character, in Cabrières. The house has 4-5 good sized bedrooms and is arranged over several smaller floors. From the garden, a staircase leads to the first terrace from where you enter a spacious kitchen/dining room, from this room half staircases lead in different directions. To the right is a room that could be used as a bedroom or lounge and straight ahead is a smaller hall and two large bedrooms and a shower/toilet room.
From the hall a staircase leads up to the 2nd floor where there is a furnished hall and a large bedroom. From the hall, two smaller staircases lead to the next half level (or floor 3). To the right is the small terrace kitchen with washing machine and access to the terrace, and a bathroom with toilet, and in the other direction is the last large bedroom. From here you can access directly on to the terrace and also to the garden via a spiral staircase.
Floors two and three can be closed off from the rest of the house if you wish to let a part of the property.
The courtyard in front of the house is shared with the house opposite, but the gardens to the sides of the house are private.
