Dwelling:A staff accommodation is present at the entrance to the site: it is a T2 of 45 m, Exploitation:The equestrian centre is structured around two main buildings, a row of boxes for horses boarded, and three arenas.The first building includes a riding arena (40 x 21 m), an adjoining indoor stable with tack room for the riders of the equestrian centre (with a dozen boxes and stalls), as well as a club house area with a collective room, kitchen and office.This building is completed by 6 outdoor boxes with showers, a canopy for the storage of agricultural equipment, and small storage cells.The second building is also organized around a riding arena (25 x 15 m), and has a stable with tack room for the ponies. It has a substantial storage volume (375 m), suitable for fodder. There is also an adjoining workshop.Outdoor boxes are attached to the structure, accompanied by their upholstery.Along the first two buildings is a row of 19 boxes, intended for boarding horses (owners' horses). There is an independent upholstery in the middle.Finally, three quarries and a lunging ring complete the infrastructure, totalling more than 8, 000 m of surface area. Two of the quarries are equipped with huts for competition judges, lighting and a sprinkler system.Land:The land consists of about 7 ha of paddocks, all fenced.
