It includes two entrances serving two levels, a set of rooms that can easily be converted into a gite, games room, workshop or other after a necessary renovation.
A small garage is attached.

On the right-hand perimeter wall are adjoining outbuildings such as a henhouse, small winery, woodshed and shed, all of which are in need of restoration.

At the bottom of the garden are the walls of an old sheepfold whose future uses remain multiple.
Land:
The entire property is enclosed by walls, stakes or wire mesh. Neighbouring horses come to graze on the meadows without compensation.

There are two distinct entrances, one for the house, the other for the caretaker's house.

The park is planted with large trees, some of them coniferous, sometimes two hundred years old, on the edge or on an island. Clearings and paths have been formed and allow you to isolate yourself in this natural area.

A vegetable garden still exists, slightly off-centre on the left side of the building.

Additional information:
This complex will require substantial restoration before regaining its former glory, but already meets many criteria for projects to settle large families, to welcome tourists, to develop cultural projects, for animal owners, horses, heritage lovers.

In addition, this property is located in a municipality with all the local infrastructure. At an altitude of 768 metres, it is close to the Lyon-Bordeaux motorway, on the western edge of the department, both on the edge of the Limousin plateau and close to the Monts Dore chain.
