Beautiful big hotel with more than 150 rooms. Almost all have a kitchen and a bathroom. The rooms can be considered as small apartments. The hotel has not been in operation for a couple of years but is in reasonable condition. However, there are works to be planned. The hotel has 3 floors accessible by lift or stairs. Apart from the bedrooms, there are other rooms which were used as a massage room (there is also a sauna) or for catering. As well there is a kitchen. It is the largest hotel in the area and it is located next to a spa village. Its location is not far from the autoroute du soleil and perfect for Dutch, German and Belgian travellers who are on their way to the south of France. The hotel is located on the edge of a lake in the countryside with splendid views. The studios downstairs have small gardens. The whole is located on a plot of almost 7000 m2 in total.
