An old harbour master's office and former wine storehouse on the banks of the River Dordogne, looking down over its town, 45 minutes from Bordeaux. Leaning against the town's fortifications, the house's main entrance is a wrought-iron gate leading to an outside stone staircase. There is another access on the south facade, in a leafy cul-de-sac. The terrace, overlooking the house benefits from the morning sunshine and a wide view over the Dordogne. A tiered garden reminiscent of Italian gardens can be seen from the property's ground floor. The highest landing overlooks the city. An outbuilding dating back to the Middle Ages adjoins the harbour master's office. This consists of a workshop area with a mezzanine.
