A townhouse and its enclosed garden, in a small charming city, nestled within the Anjou region. The house's front façade gives onto a small square that is shaded by several old lime trees, while its back façade overlooks an enclosed garden. The three-storey house, facing east and west, shares a wall with another house on both sides and has a slate gable roof. Behind the house at a right angle, two lower wings, built out of lime-plastered rubble stone and topped with slate roofs, extend the house's living space. In addition, the house's cornices, quoins and window/door surrounds are all in tuffeau stone, while its double-glazed windows are all safeguarded with interior shutters.
