A renovated 18th-century stone house with a walled garden, beside Andaines forest in Normandy. From a calm street in the town centre, a wrought-iron gate framed between two stone pillars marks the property's entrance. The property is enclosed with stone walls. From there, a tree-lined driveway snakes up to the 18th-century dwelling, which is crowned with a gabled slate roof punctuated with dormers. The house is built of local rubble granite that is typical of the region. It has a ground floor, a first floor and a second floor in the roof space.
