In a natural environment equidistant from Aurillac and Montsalvy, in the town of Arpajon, this 157 m2 house (Renovated between 2017 and 2024) also has two annexes including a small workshop containing a Bread Oven and a Well. The ecological desire is undeniable through the use of noble and quality materials for the renovation: lime and earth plasters, double-glazed wooden joinery, oak flooring and wood heating. The 50m2 living room has all the characteristics of Cantal residences with the cantou and the "vegetable garden", as well as direct access to the terrace and the garden.
