A 19th century chateau and its outbuildings set in over 3 hectares of grounds near Angers. A drive leads from a country road to the grounds of the chateau, which are perfectly enclosed and sheltered from view by the surrounding vegetation. The residence with its outbuildings is located in the centre and a tenanted caretaker's house can be found to the east, separated from the chateau by thick hedges. Formerly a 15th century complex that belonged to the fiefdom of Vern, the chateau was rebuilt around 1880 on the site of a previous manor house. To the west stands a small cottage that could be used as a reception room. A vast meadow stretches out to the north. The south-facing garden is planted with numerous species of trees and features two ponds.
