Compromis - Independent house with a separate part that could be used for guest rooms or cottages. It is located in the Puy-de-Dôme, in Auvergne, and offers stunning views. This old farmhouse is located in a small hamlet near Ambert, in a wooded area of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park.

Through the entrance you access the living room with a pellet stove. From the living room you enter the bathroom with toilet. A landing leads to a spacious kitchen, which in turn is connected to the old barn which now serves as a leisure area, but which could perfectly well be converted into a living space. The windows and doors for this are already in place.
Also from the living room, stairs go up to two floors with three bedrooms on each floor. Under the house there is a large barn and a cellar. 

Attached to the house, a space has been arranged in separate rooms. Downstairs there are two with a small bathroom each. The floor is the same. Both have their own entrance. 

The accompanying land is more than 3500 m2 and is located around the house. The septic tank is up to standard. You have a breathtaking view of the mountains of Puy-de-Dôme.
