Stopover and stay cottage, table d'hôtes 19 seats, ideally located in the center of Les Estables, a mid-mountain tourist village in the Haute-Loire, in the heart of the AOP Fin Gras du Mézenc and at the crossroads of the Gr 40 & Gr. Many local shops: butcher, bakeries, mini-market, souvenir shop, organic honey house, herbalism, breweries, pottery, producers' shops, restaurants & bars,  sports equipment rentals, Dab. A resort in development offering 4-season activities: hiking, downhill and Nordic skiing thanks to artificial snow, mountain biking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, electric scooters, sledging on rails, accompanied outings (hiking, electric scooters, nature discoveries), climbing, paragliding, snowkiting, farm visits, pony rides or donkey rides, tree to tree park. Mainly national clientele made up of groups, individuals and families: walkers, cyclists (road and mountain bike), horseback riders, donkey walkers and skiers (track, Nordic and hiking).

Ground floor: living room with large bay window, dining room with log stove, Wc, kitchenette, kitchen, scullery + boiler room (+ 100 m2) / 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 with private bathroom, 2 toilets, 2 showers, linen closet / 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 with private bathroom, 2 toilets, 2 showers, linen closet. The rooms without private bathrooms have a sink. Functional sanitary facilities easy to clean / 3rd floor: bright staff apartment with living room/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and a mezzanine. In addition, there is an adjoining barn of 100 m2 with external and internal access via the scullery which constitutes the basement. This barn, whose roof was redone in 2018, is used for storage, wood storage and bicycle storage.
 The main roof is in good condition, the double-glazed PVC windows date from 2013, the façade was renovated in 2015 and the exterior frames changed in 2016. Heating and domestic hot water are provided by a new oil boiler with regulation and external probe with a power perfectly adapted to the climate and the peaks in traffic that are highly demanding the demand for DHW.
 Due to its capacity, this building is perfectly compliant with current standards as it is subject to visits by a safety commission every 5 years with annual checks for electricity, fire alarm and chimney sweeping. Exemption granted for the reception of people with reduced mobility due to the configuration and location of the building making it impossible to make any necessary adjustments.
