With an official energy performance rating of C, which would be B, but for the vagaries of being over 800m altitude, you could be forgiven for thinking this house was averagely efficient. In reality it is cheaper to run that most A rated properties. Sometime you wonder why they don’t just look at the annual bills and rate it accordingly?
