Villa Laru 122, a new summer house in the area of Veijarivuori has been completed in late June 2025.The cottage was built from 2024 to 2025 by a construction company on site. The owner of the summer house must be a resident of Helsinki.The summer cottages are located on a rented plot of the City of Helsinki. The current lease for the area is valid until the end of v.2032.Land rent, maintenance fee, waste fee total 575 euros/year.Asset transfer tax 3% (separate disposal of the building).
