Light floods in from the large windows and the view of the sea is beautiful and calming. The main house contains, among other things, five generously sized bedrooms, plenty of hobby space, storage space and also a wine cellar. The sauna facilities are representative class. The garden with its apple trees and shrubs has been kept as organic and easy to maintain as possible. A borehole can be found, for example, in the for watering the yard. There is also a separate two-car warm garage connected to the main house on the plot. Near the beach you will find both an old idyllic red winter warm guesthouse with all comforts and an old-fashioned lakeside sauna. The guesthouse was built in 1937 and renovated in the 1990s. The guesthouse has two bedrooms, a fireplace and its own kitchen, and it has also been used all year round for temporary living. The guesthouse is also well suited for e.g. for the second generation or for remote work. The red soil lakeside sauna was built in 1952. The sauna washrooms have been renovated, the other facilities can be renovated by the new owner to their liking. It is no longer allowed to build a sauna this close to the beach.
