On the shore of Kallavesi, on its own plot, just 15 minutes from Kuopio Market, there is a modern and Scandinavian-decorated detached house and a beach sauna. On the lower floor of the main building there are large living areas with kitchen/milking room equipment and huge storage areas. The level of equipment is high, the beach sauna has an atmospheric fireplace and on the terrace of the sauna there is a Jacuzzi jacuzzi. The garden is already pre-planted: fruit trees, shrubs and a large number of perennials that bloom at different stages of summer. We present with personal introductions.
