This estate has more than 30,000m2 of surface area in which we find an irrigated olive grove, a vineyard with a winery and a luxurious farmhouse: "El Moreno". Everything in the estate is taken care of down to the smallest detail, highlighting the love that its current owners have put into it.

It consists of all the details: living-dining room with fireplace, games room with bathroom, kitchen-dining room, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, 4 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one double, larger), an extra bathroom for guests and the entrance hall. All rooms have air conditioning, hot and cold, and electric radiators (the bathrooms, only the latter). 

Outside, the large front porch of 80 m2 stands out, with stunning views of the olive grove and the village of Vilches and its castle in the background.
