It consists of a kitchen equipped with direct access to the private patio equipped with furniture to take the fresh. The dining room offers a space to relax with flat screen television. Heating throughout.<br />The privileged location, next to the beach, in the centre of the town of Vilassar de Mar, just 25 minutes from the centre of Barcelona, ensures easy access everywhere.The house is one of the good examples where part of the energy is generated with solar panels!<br /><br />On request we can provide beach towels at 6 euros per unit for the entire stay. <br /><br />Please note that for entrances and exits before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m., we ask for a supplement of 20 €, from 22:00 to 24:00 de 50€,, which will be paid directly to our key holders.Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.<br /><br />No parties or noises that could be annoying are not allowed.
