Located at the end of a beautiful village just on the border of Alt and Baix Empord, the farmhouse enjoys total tranquility and privacy, but at the same time it is located in a village with small shops, cafeterias and restaurants, 35 minutes from Girona, a 1 hour and 20 minutes from Barcelona and at a distance of only 10 kilometres from the beach of Sant Mart d'Empuries. The house is accessed through a completely flat garden with large trees. Right in front of the house, we find the charming patio that is sheltered from the Tramuntana wind and that invites us to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, since the aspect and the vegetation allow us to have areas of sun and shade at different hours of the day. The old barn was restored to be a house and a studio on two floors. The ground floor is a rustic-style home of 108 m, with a large living-dining room with a fireplace, double-pitched ceilings with old wooden beams, with views of the garden and access to the patio. On the same floor, we find three bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom, another bathroom or utility area and the kitchen open to the living room with an old serving hatch. The upper floor has a separate entrance from the garden, although it is easy to reconnect it with the lower floor with a staircase. In it, we find an open-plan studio of 72 m with a small kitchen and bathroom with a shower.
