The house is located in a small hamlet with a few other houses and a chapel and a water source. Velez-Rubio has everything to offer such as: shops, supermarkets, shops, banks, medical center, many cozy restaurants and bars. The beaches can be reached in 45-60 minutes. The front door leads into a hall with to the right the very spacious authentic living room / dining room with wooden beams on the ceiling and a large wood burning stove. From the hall there is access to the fitted kitchen with a wood stove that you can use as a grill / bbq.
