Similar to a white pearl on the Cadiz coast, Vejer stands. Two steps from the historic center and the beautiful Plaza de España, strolling through a cobbled alley with eccentric steps, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, is Casa Las Terrazas. Possibly this property has the most attractive terraces (more than 100m2) in all of Vejer, overlooking the palm trees of the square, the city walls, and in the background the beautiful open countryside. The house, of traditional style reminiscent of Arab reminiscences, houses 4 en suite bedrooms. The entrance door allows us to start dreaming and transport ourselves to another era and pace of life. Tranquility, recollection, and peace are breathed. The entrance is made of stone and from there the bright patio is appreciated giving access on one side to a well-ventilated kitchen and on the other side of the hallway to a small office with natural light. From there you access the large patio of ancient stone bathed in natural light from a large skylight in the ceiling. Inscribed in it is the year 1891.
The patio is composed of arches (some from the 18th century) and around the dining room, near an old and deep cistern that functions as a cellar, to a Moroccan-style living room resembling a cave sculpted into the rock, to a reading anteroom that gives way to the first en suite bedroom with a shower in the form of a cave. The central patio fireplace and radiators ensure warmth in all rooms during the damper months. The house harmoniously integrates the past and all elements of modern comfort. Stairs lead to a gallery that gives access to another living room and the second bedroom also en suite. From there you reach the first outdoor terrace with a barbecue area and panoramic views and in turn to the third double bedroom with a beautiful and typical Andalusian balcony overlooking the cobblestone street. Returning to the gallery, a few steps allow you to climb to the very cozy second terrace with a pergola, an ideal corner for the imagination to take flight in front of a Moroccan tea or a refreshing drink. Going up a few more steps, we reach the third terrace where the 3 bedroom is also located. From its bed or from its loungers, the open green countryside can be appreciated in the distance. If we continue our path upwards, we reach the fourth terrace with several hammocks and an outdoor shower.
