This is a two story, south facing cortijo was newly built in 2007 with a great deal of thought and attention to detail. Currently it is presented as two 62m² apartments, one on each floor with separate entrances. The top one being completely finished and the bottom floor needing very little work to complete, it would be an easy task to link the two floors internally and create a residence with 2 bathrooms and 3 or possibly 4 bedrooms. &Nbsp The property is in a private position just a few hundred metres off the road from Valor to Mairena. There are various open and naturally shaded areas, ideal for relaxing or dining and directly in front of the ground floor is a large flat, south facing area, which would make a wonderful terrace with stunning views. &Nbsp Válor is only a 10 minute drive away with its bars and restaurants, a school, bank, medical centre, and a few shops.    The larger town of Ugíjar is just 5 minutes further.
