It is a building in the municipality of Sant Cugat del Valls, in the Valls Occidental, included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. It is a summer tower, in an eclectic modernist style, commissioned in 1928 from the architect Domnec Sugraes Gras, one of Gaud's main collaborators. This spectacular modernist house/tower has an area of 347 m on a plot of 1, 417 m. It is distributed in three plants. We enter the property from a majestic entrance and we find the entrance hall that leads to a complete bathroom and a large living room with a fireplace and access to the balcony.
