Traditional house in the seaside neighbourhood of Cabanyal in the city of Valencia, recently listed as the third coolest neighbourhood in Europe by The Guardian . It is a new build completed in 2021, maintaining its link with the sea and the history of the neighbourhood. It consists of two construction units with different levels, a house and an independent apartment. Both units are separated by a central courtyard whose landscaping mixes native and tropical plants to create a space in which to escape the urban bustle and enjoy the Valencian sun. On the ground floor is the living room with a 3-seater sofa bed and a desk with a chair. This space is perfect for working from home if needed. On the upper floor there is a second bedroom which also has a double bed and a full bathroom with shower.
