It is a new build completed in 2021, maintaining its link with the sea and the history of the neighbourhood.It consists of two construction units with different levels, a house and an independent apartment. On the ground floor is the living room with a 3-seater sofa bed and a desk with a chair. This space is perfect for working from home if needed.On the upper floor there is a second bedroom which also has a double bed and a full bathroom with shower.
