The hamlet is quite secluded and has a population of mixed nationalities and a nice community feel. It is only a 15 minute drive from Ugijar, the nearest small town. Ugijar has shops, restaurants, health centre, petrol station etc. The property itself is a three/four bedroom end of terrace house with masses of character and an eclectic mix of styles and furniture. On approaching the house, to the left and down a few steps is a beautiful private covered terrace, surrounded by greenery, a great place to chill out and relax. The stairwell also leads to another light and airy double bedroom again with wrought iron bed and freestanding furniture.
