SWINE FARMCurrently active and with all papers in order.The farm is located on the outskirts of Lloren del Peneds, Tarragona.It has a surface area of 8000 m2. It is divided into two main blocks, and these two are divided into several buildings.The first block is active with a capacity of 850 fattening pigs, distributed in 5 sheds. There are two more weaning-type sheds, which are used as a nursery. Recently refurbished, the silos, hoppers, water and electricity installations have been changed, and all the exterior corridors have been concreted. It has an adjoining tank which allows each shed to be medicated separately. As it has a front and rear aisle, pigs can be loaded or unloaded from inside or outside the farm.The second block is not active at the moment, but has a capacity for 1, 200 fattening pigs. The water and electricity installations have recently been replaced. The individual houses in this block are equipped with heating and programmable fans. The house is in good condition, well laid out, well ventilated and has many possibilities.The farm has sufficient capacity to hold slurry for 6 months.It has a 90 m deep water well, with sufficient flow for all the livestock.
