This cosy contemporary style house is located in the Llevantina urbanisation (Tarragona). It has a comfortable layout and combined with its excellent location makes this house a perfect home.The building is built on two floors and consists of two individually accessible spaces.The main floor has a spacious living room with access to a sunny terrace; large fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden; a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room and two double bedrooms.On the ground floor there is a guest apartment, machine room and pantry.The house is equipped with underfloor heating, solar panels and ducted heat pump (hot/cold).The city of Tarragona is located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
