Built in 1780 in the traditional Canarian style of the time, that is, without an architect and with a master builder, this Canarian house takes advantage of the functional needs of both housing and storage and cellar in its design. The structural typology of the house is that of stone masonry with walls about 50 cm thick, which allows the house itself to regulate its temperature, being warm in winter and cool in summer.Canarian tea and stone are the elements that predominate in the building, both in the rooms, in the hermitage and in the cellar, with gabled and hipped roofs.We could define the property as a house of noble bourgeoisie, which its owners used in the past as a country house.When the time came, and without having left descendants, Mrs. Quesada left the house and the farm as an inheritance to two well-known people in the town of Tacoronte, who are the current owners of this beautiful house that we cannot let the passage of time deteriorate and that ostracism and neglect end up leaving it as a relic of our past.
