Plot subject to the 16th regulation of the Poum Sitges.

A detached single-family building can be built, surrounded by a free space for private use.

The minimum construction façade of the property must be 20m, the occupation of the building must be a maximum of 20% of the plot.

The maximum regulatory height of the main building will be 11m (including the attic). It is allowed to build a detached house with a ground floor, first floor and attic.

Auxiliary buildings may have a maximum height of 3m (equivalent to the ground floor).

The only possible uses of this plot are for a house, a car park, recreational use and private sports use. All other uses not named are ruled out.
