Details:- Sineu is a charming Mallorcan village with a rich history and tradition. Its weekly market is one of the oldest and largest markets in Mallorca, and attracts visitors from all over the island. It offers local produce, handicrafts and immerses you in the island's culture. The hotel we present here dates back to its origins in an old manor house that has been completely refurbished and transformed into a luxurious establishment. The property has preserved the characteristic details of Mallorcan culture, such as a spacious entrance hall, exposed wooden beams, exposed stone (marés) walls and wooden doors and windows.

The hotel consists of three floors. 
On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a hall, an elegant hall with a staircase leading to the next floor, a living - dining room, a kitchen, a wine cellar with an impressive marés vault and a charming outdoor patio of approximately 183m2 with a swimming pool, a garden area, parking for bicycles and an auxiliary bathroom.

The first floor consists of six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a hallway and a terrace with a patio and staircase to two of the bedrooms. 

On the second and last floor, there is an open space under the roof with wooden beams that could be reserved for future extensions, with the capacity to add 2-3 additional suites. There is also a machine room and access to a tower with views of the Pla de Mallorca and the church of Sineu.

The design of the hotel combines minimalism and elegance, while preserving the Mallorcan essence. Currently, it has a licence for 18 tourist beds, but the possibility of future expansion to 24 tourist beds makes it even more attractive, making it an interesting and highly sought-after project among investors.
