A magnificent country estate in Monfragüe, a county famous for its National Park, which is noted for its bird-life amongst other treasures. From the estate you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and admire Monfragüe Castle. Next to it you can find the Salto del Gitano, a spot at Monfragüe National Park where a wide range of birds nests, like Tawny, Black and Egyptian vulture, black stork and different species of birds of prey. This land of around 10 acres (4 hectares) is next to Serradilla, a steeped in age-old tradition village. The estate originally had a ruined old house that has been recently rebuilt, keeping the style of the ancient stone houses built in the area at the beginning and middle of twentieth century. The building is mainly a 70m2 room with a fire place. There is currently no electricity on site, but there would not be any problem to provide it as it is very close to the village. A pen is attached to the building. The field has a well with plenty of potable water available. There is also a pond for the livestock that may graze in the field. You can also find a variety of trees, including a huge centenary cork oak, olive trees, holm oaks and several quince trees
