Please bear in mind that so much cooking is done outside of the house and remember the BBQ and summer kitchen.<br /> There are three bedrooms, one double and two singles which are situated off the lounge/diner and a super bathroom.<br /> At the rear of the house is a patio with two new rooms currently being used as a storage room and a fantastic games room but these can easily be converted into a guest house.<br /> As well as a Garage/Workshop there is a carport for three cars.<br /> This is a very special house and without a doubt, there will be some people who aren´t taken by traditionalism but the house lends itself to so many opportunities, particularly an AirBnB operation that would stand out from the competition.
