Mediterranean luxury wine-growing finca in Tuscany style for large families and friendsTucked away in the Merlot grape vineyards, and at the end of a long and meandering avenue of tall cypresses, the imposing 885 square meter property spreads out.The light-flooded inner courtyard is entered through a large gate made of antique wood. Characteristic of the Mediterranean Toscana flair - in warm colors such as ocher and light natural colors - this part of the property is made the focal point for long evenings, even in the off-season, sheltered from the wind by the open fireplace.The wellness area can be discovered on the pool terrace. After swimming long laps in the large saltwater pool, the chill-out area invites you to unwind (perhaps your partner can pass a cool drink on in the outdoor kitchen). In winter, on the other hand, the pool can be replaced by a sauna with a view over the estate.Other retreats like under the orange and lemon trees, in the shade, reading a book, are also possible! There are enough magical places on this beautiful property.Inside the finca, a majestic, modern and Mediterranean style has been installed. Polished sandstone floors in combination with industrial style window frames and huge wooden beams on the upper floor give a modern yet Mediterranean touch. Warm light floods the property from all four sides, floor-to-ceiling windows and many doors allow access to the many terraces. Nevertheless, modern technology such as the smart home system or the music system from SONOS is discreetly built into the property.On the upper floor, the guest wing with 2 bedrooms au suite can be reached via a bridge (or directly via the courtyard), as well as the GYM and the small separate guest kitchen.Maybe the highlights for some others are in the basement... A huge wine cellar with countless bottles of red wine, white wine and champagne are stored in a cool place. Every year, part of the harvest from the vineyards is stored there. In addition, there are other entertainments such as our own cinema for up to 15 people (friends are always welcome).
