IMPORTANT: Access to the house consists of 120 meters of stairs from the road. It currently does not have road access.We present this country house located on Carretera de La Angostura, Santa Brgida, just 20 minutes by car from the capital.The house has two floors. On the first floor, before entering, there is a large terrace ideal for outdoor dining/kitchen and chill out area. The stairs directly access the roof, being totally independent, being able to have two separate houses.Upon entering the house, there is a hall that gives access to the living room (right) and the kitchen / dining room (left). Continuing, we find a light patio, currently used as a dining room. This same patio gives access to the three bedrooms and the full bathroom.On the upper floor, a large roof terrace, with a laundry room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large room used as a dining room. This space can be used as an independent apartment.The area is very quiet and familiar, and there is a very good atmosphere in the environment.
