It is easily accessible via the C32 and Nii. We offer you this beautiful tower with views of the sea and the mountains, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings in your daily life.

It is a detached house, ready to move in. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms are exterior with plenty of sunlight.

At street level, we access the closed parking for two cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and more, where we also have the general water softener. This house has solar panels.

We access the first terrace, very private. There is a saltwater pool and a room to store all the bathing equipment. These two rooms have sloping ceilings, wood-paneled, giving them a warm and cozy feeling. These also have direct access to the very private solarium with magnificent sea views.

This is a beautiful house to relax in, to live comfortably all year round, and to enjoy weekends and holidays.
