The area is totally residential, quiet but at the same time close to the beach of Sa Coma, with a multitude of restaurants and a great sandy beach 2km long. Close to golf courses such as Costa de los Pinos, Pula, Capdepera, and close to marinas such as Cala Bona and Portocristo. 

A deposit of 7000€ is required, and payment guarantees. The deposit is refundable at the time of return of the property, deducting electricity costs and possible damages.
