Details:- Es Molí den Bou is a jewel for lovers of the history and architecture of Mallorca.
The mill dates from the 14th century and is built on Roman ruins.
A large comprehensive reform has been carried out in 1994 and different elements have been reformed. At this time it needs reform.
The central building is distributed over two floors, there are four central vaulted rooms, in addition there are two other vaulted rooms connected to the main rooms.
In addition to the tower there is another adjoining building that serves as a warehouse, technical room and servants' quarters.
The first floor has unobstructed and wide views towards the landscape, rustic farms and mountains.
In 2016 the roof was enabled to be able to take advantage of it in a walkable terrace. It can house a restaurant as well as a large and exclusive home.
