Beautiful house built in 2003 and updated in 2020 so it is a reformed house to enter to live with all the comforts. It is located in Sant Cebri de Vallata in the urbanization in Castellar de Indias. Views to the sea and the mountain, in the middle of the nature, far from the tumult of the daily life. It is a one-storey house with 4 bedrooms: One suite with full bathroom (bath and shower), two double rooms and one single room. And we have another bathroom with shower. The living room is very special as it has large windows that allow a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. Dining room with fireplace and modern kitchen integrated to the dining/living room area. From the living room we have access to the saline pool from where you can also appreciate the sea views. Sant Cebri de Vallalta is a village in Maresme, with the peculiarity of being in an area with many forests and 15 minutes from the nearest beach. It is 45 minutes from Barcelona, one hour from Barcelona airport and 30 minutes from Girona airport. For sure it is a privileged area.
