Enjoy the coldest months of the year in a beachside house, where the views and smell of the sea reach every corner. The house is on a quiet street between Playa del Ingls and San Agustn and in a very quiet complex with few neighbors and green spaces. Entering the house we pass in front of a toilet until we reach the kitchen area that separates the living room with a breakfast bar. This lounge looks directly onto the beach promenade and there is a small terrace where you can eat enjoying the views and the weather. Going up the stairs we reach the master bedroom which also faces the sea and is fully equipped. There is a large bathroom next door with shower, video, sink and plenty of space. One floor upstairs there is another room that also serves as an office. This room opens onto a terrace from where you can see the dunes of Maspalomas and where there is also a laundry room. The house is fully equipped to have a comfortable stay: it has air conditioning, dishwasher, oven, internet, alarm... It is rented seasonally and the price includes internet, water, and electricity costs with a cap.
