This building plot is located in Monte de los Almendros, above the coastal town of Salobreña. You can build a house up to 30% of the plot size. The surface below the natural level of the land does not count towards this total, so it is possible to have a basement level as well that can be used as a garage, gym or for storage. Additionally, you can build terraces and a pool. There is no restriction on the size of either the pool or the terraces. There is already a stone wall at the street level, garage and stairs up to the plot itself.
