The property has good internet as the current owners work from home, and it is located about 15 mins from the beach (12k), and 30 mins (30k) from Valencia city.. . If you have been following our blog, then you'll know this seems a bit cheap for what it is, and there are 2 negatives. First of all, the house is located about 250 metres from the motorway, so you will hear the hum of the traffic. And also this is a rustic property. All structures have been legalised, but you will not be able to extend the house or build any additional structures. . . If you can live with those 2 inconveniences, this is a fantastic house.
