New project of single-family villas in the beautiful town of Polop The project offers maxi plots of 300 to 580 square meters and homes from 140 meters built facing the sea or overlooking the natural area of the Ponoig pine forest. The new urbanization sits on a plot of 28,793 square meters, in which 65 homes with maxi private plots of between 300 and 580 square meters have been planned. In its initial plan, it is expected that 37 of these homes will have double height. The development is located in the municipality of Polop (Marina Baixa), on an elevation in the land that allows a glimpse of the coastline between Benidorm and Altea.
