Rustic land in the area of Establiments, protected rustic land of 30, 420m2 approx. with the category of Natural Area of Special Interest with a High Level of Protection. It is included in the Serra de Tramuntana Natural Park. The use of detached single-family dwellings is not permitted. The only activities allowed are agricultural activities typical of extensive agriculture and livestock and activities related to Environmental Protection and Education, with the additional requirement that this use will only be allowed in existing buildings that have been legally constructed and with a prior favorable report from the competent administration.
