Well, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and terrace. The kitchen has been modernised whereas the dining room has a totally rustic feel. . . The plot is around 600m2 with manicured gardens and plenty of outside nooks and crannies to enjoy, we especially like the little covered terrace outside the guest accommodation There is no pool onsite but this is counterbalanced by an excellent social club for the estate which has a large pool and cafe/bar to enjoy for all of the houses on the Urb. . .
