A back door leads from the kitchen to a raised terrace with patio table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining. The master bathroom, with walk-in shower, modern raised sink and toilet, is located next to the lounge (second bedroom). The first bedroom is semi-circular and is located through curtains in the living room. There is also a children's bedroom with 2 beds separated from the living room by the door.The guest laundry area is located at the rear of the property.Pool area: Pool house with Turkish bath, shower, storage room and small relaxation area. There is also a retreat with a large dining table and 6 chairs, a good alternative place to enjoy a barbecue near the pool. The pool is heated and ready to use all year round. There is a pool deck below the covered wooden area, the pool and garden are fully lit at night.
